During the twenty-five years of our journey as a Network, we have worked hard to keep costs at a minimum. Our regular budget is geared to cover: two part-time salaries from the 1st July 2023 [Chairman (Brian) 60%, Administrator -Treasurer (Karen) 50%, a very modest small office, and some travel costs for Brian.

Despite these limitations, Crosslink has grown and developed largely through personal contact and building trust. There is no short cut to all of this, and it takes initiative and investment upfront. Not only have we grown as a Network in Australia, but also overseas; now having members in sixteen nations.

God is developing and using kingdom networks like our own to enable the church to work strategically. Kingdom ministry relationships are building through genuine apostolic teams working with flat adaptable structures.

We believe God is calling us to continue to participate in the development of these Networks around Australia and across the world. In our terminology, we are seeing God build a “team of teams.”

Like all forms of enterprise, these developments are regulated by the resources that make it possible. As such, we are asking Crosslink Affiliated Churches to consider a special missions offering. This could happen in any of the following ways:

a. Set aside a Sunday to take up a special love offering for Crosslink
b. consider making Crosslink ‘Finish the Mission’ a part of your church regular missions giving budget
c. Asking if any individual members might consider making a regular monthly donation to this work.

All we ask is that you prayerfully consider this invitation. God has raised up Crosslink Christian Network as a unique tool in the work of the kingdom. We believe there is much more to be accomplished.
